Announcement on Mme. Li Huifen as Chairman of China Chamber of
Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME)
Mme. Li Huifen has been elected Chairman of CCCME on the Third Session of Directors of the
Standing Council of CCCME
on August 12th, 1999 on the recommendation of the Ministry of foreign trade and Economic
Cooperation.

August, 1960 to August, 1970 Studied in and graduated from Haerbin Military Engineering University and worked there as a eacher. August, 1970 to April, 1974 A Deputy Manager of Radar Workshop in Tianjin Bohai Radio Factory. April, 1974 to December, 1981 Deputy Director General of Tianjin Second Machinery Industry Bureau. December, 1981 to January, 1986 General manager and Chief Engineer of Tianjin Radio United Corporation. January, 1986 to May, 1988 Deputy Director General of Tianjin Economic Commission. May, 1988 to July, 1995 Deputy Mayor of Tianjin City. July, 1995 to June, 1999 Managing Director of China United Telecommunication Corporation Ltd. Li was a candidate to the Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Party
